First of all, I want to send you a warm greeting, hoping health be with you, your family, and the members of your club.
As well, we allow ourselves to inform you that, in accordance with the instructions of the public health organizations in our country and the recommendations of the federal and state governments, we announce the postponement of the Cancun Open 2020, which would to take place in June, for the months August or September (If conditions allow it).
Knowing the complexity of the situation and with the firm intention of supporting your needs, we remain at your service in our communication channels to be able to support as much as possible for the rescheduling of your participation.
We will be in constant communication, so that as soon as possible we can establish a safe date to guarantee the health and well-being of our and our participants.
Reiterate our affectionate greetings and good wishes in these difficult times.

Primeramente, quiero enviarte un afectuoso saludo esperando la salud sea contigo, tu familia y los miembros de tu club.
Así mismo, nos permitimos informarles que, en acato a las instrucciones de los organismos de salud pública en nuestro país y a las recomendaciones de los gobiernos federal y estatal, anunciamos la postergación del Cancun Open 2020, que habría de desarrollarse en junio, para los meses de agosto o septiembre (si las condiciones lo permiten).
A sabiendas de la complejidad de la situación y con la firme intención de apoyar sus necesidades, quedamos a sus órdenes en nuestras vías de comunicación para poder apoyar en todo lo posible para la reprogramación de su participación.
Estaremos en comunicación constante, para que a la brevedad podamos establecer una fecha segura para poder garantizar la salud y el bienestar de nuestras y nuestros participantes.
